Your missing out on some cool charts...
Jeff Dennings a.k.a. jdenning
How old are you and what's your occupation?
I am 50 years old and I teach high school math.

When did you start playing golf and what's your handicap?
I started playing around age 10 or 11. My current handicap is 5.1.

How often do you play?
Once or twice a week on average from March thru October.

Tell me about a great shot you've made.
When I was 13, I was playing with my dad at Huston Woods State Park near Cincinnati, Ohio. I was deep in the woods and had to hook the shot to get it on the green. I knocked it to about 2 feet and my dad made me putt it out. I made it.

What is your best golf memory?
Playing golf with my dad. He taught me how to play and what was right and wrong on the golf course.

What is your "home" course?
My home course is the Elks Country Club in McDermott, Ohio.

What ball do you play?
I usually play Titleist Pro V1x. Sometimes I will play TaylorMade TP Black.

Favorite course you've played?
The Myrtle Beach National Golf Club was fun. 27 holes all replicas of famous holes from different courses on tour.

Dream course you've yet to play?
I would love to play Augusta National or Pebble Beach.

Best round ever- and what course?
I shot a 69 at the Elks.

Give me an example of a time your SkyCaddie saved you a stroke?
Whenever I’m not in my own fairway (which is most of the time!), my SkyCaddie helps me get up and down by giving me the correct yardage to the green.

What is one aspect of your golf game you would like to improve on in the next year?
Consistency. My game is not bad for the amount of time I put into it. It seems like something is always off, putting, driving, up and downs, GIR, etc I would like to get them all going good for one round (OK, maybe more than one round).

Tell me a story.
Years ago, I used to play a skins game every Sunday. Everybody pitched in $20 and the game was $.50 skins on the 1st 6 holes, $1 skins on the next 6 and $1.50 on the last 6 with carryovers. The rest of the money was divided up for greenies on the par 3's.

One Sunday we had a good sized group playing and I was playing particularly bad. But, the good thing was that I birdied one hole that no one else did. So on the day that I shot a blistering 92, I took home over $100. Right after that, we changed the game.

Thanks!
