July 13, 2010SkyGolf has released a new SkyCaddie software app and OS update for all SGX members. This update requires the download and installation of a large file to your SkyCaddie during the syncing process. It is recommended that you sync your SGX with CaddieSync at your earliest convenience. Once the update process has been completed, please do the following: 1. Re-download your courses to the SGX 2. Power off the SGX 3. Unplug the cable from the SGX 4. While the cable is disconnected, power the SGX back on For more tips on how to install SkyCaddie updates, please click here. THE FOLLOWING ENHANCEMENTS AND FIXES ARE ADDRESSED: Scoring Enhancement You now have the ability to choose which stats to track on your SkyCaddie SGX and upload to ClubSG (Beta). If you are using the Digital Scorecard to score your round, you will be able to turn OFF Putts, Fairways Hit and Tee Shot Distance if you do not want to track them (Total Score will always be ON when Scoring is ON). By default, ALL stats will be turned ON. To turn OFF the optional scoring information:
 Basic Green Courses (Preloaded Courses) The large distance number displayed on each hole for Basic Green courses will default to the Center distance instead of the Back distance. Installation Process Improvements were made to help prevent problems from occurring during the installation process. Current Software Versions: OS Version: 1.1.0.0 Software App: 1.1.7.2 CaddieSync (PC): 6.2.3 CaddieSync (Mac): 3.1.2 Basic Map Version: 2010.007 or 2010.008 These current versions correct many issues reported by customers.
