Streamlining the ClubSG Support Forums

To make support information readily available to our members on the forum, we have implemented a new Lock-n-Link process. Here's how it will work:

For each topic under one of our support categories, a single discussion thread will remain open.

If you create a duplicate topic, a SkyGolf moderator will post a hyperlink to the existing topic and ask you to join the discussion there.

Any duplicate topics will be locked to ensure that everyone is posting to the open discussion thread.

With Lock-n-Link, our intention is to keep all posts relevant to that topic in one place and allow users to access the information they need faster. In order to find information easier, this may include editing the original subject title of a thread to best reflect the nature of the discussion. We also may add [OPEN] or [DUPLICATE] to the subject line.

The Forum Guidelines will still be enforced, but on a post-by-post level.

We hope that this will help make ClubSG a better place where golfers can exchange ideas.
