This course closed permanently at the end of the 2014 golf season and will no longer be used for golf, according to the owners, the New Albany Company.

This Arthur Hills-designed 18-hole parkland course opened in 1992 as "Tartan East Golf Course." Located northeast of Columbus, parts of the course actually played across the Franklin-Licking County line. In 2013, Winding Hollow was named by one publication as among the top 100 public-access courses in the United States.

Beautiful course! Very challenging with narrow fairway approaches to greens. Definitely recommend!

Course has been updated in addition to a name change. Formerly Tartan East, the new Winding Hollow is much improved with paved cart paths being the most significant update. Also the drainage system has been much improved. Great course to play. Now one of the top courses in Central Ohio.
