At the heart of La Manga Club, a 1,400 acre sporting paradise nestled between the low hills which separate the Mediterranean from the Mar Menor sea in south eastern Spain.

La Manga Club has always been synonymous with golf, and with its three championship courses and outstanding practice facilities, it is perhaps hardly surprising that it has been voted Europe's top golf resort twice in the past five years. The resort has also recently been chosen as the official winter training base of the German PGA.

Played all 3 courses with the West easily being the best. Definitely a course you have to think your way around. Bar area there is also excellent, a bit away from the main complex but reached by courtesy bus.
Other two are also an excellent knock and playing all 3 gives you a bit of diversity.
Complex is now a bit tired but still excellent. Good deals for golf and stay are abundant. We went in March and had excellent weather at a good price. Handy for the airport (20 mins). Some good bars (Last Drop always a good night)and restaurants although these will be busy in peak months.
Would definitely go back. Interestingly only 1 of a party of 12 played to handicap.

Played the South and West . West is a great typical winding Spanish course where the driver feels a bit left out !Stunning scenery, which inspires some real trickery around the greens :-) Get a course planner !! South Course, the championship course, is another great test too...

Lovely courses but expensive; even for residents on holiday; If you are an owner then you are fine. Buying the season ticket is definately the way to go and you probably need a buggie. Fairway grass is thick and tends to grab the trolley wheels making it a hard pull or push!! All in all woth playing but there are just as good and cheaper in the surrounding area.. Look at Las Collinas up at Campoamor...

Still one of the best and difficult to match.

A wonderful setting and a wonderful test of golf, certainly not for a beginner and probably not for a man off a handicap higher than 20. All courses will test your ability to hit all the clubs in the bag and accuracy as well as testing your course management to the full.
