The "Canyon" course is an amalgam of the old Vistas course and the recently completed Arroyo nine. Arnold Palmer's namesake course opened in 1995.

Loved the Palmer. Hated the Canyons

Played during November just after the overseeding. The Palmer course is beautiful however the greens were not true during that time frame. Have played there many times... probably just the time of year. Love both Palmer and Canyons. Best to play early morning when everything is waking up. Canyons is women friedly from the up tees.
