The round started with the holes not be updated to their new positions. DEspite the high winds, the course played well. Firm wide, fairways and fairly quick greens that rolled true. a good experience.

Overall, a very nice course to play (Osprey). Nice walking course. Nice layout. Well maintained. If I had to pick out a few issues.

Since they move the starting tee to behind the club house (Old # 10), there are several issues. I find the pace gets off to a slow start as # 2 is a difficult hole for most players. Unless you arrive well in advance of your round there is no chance to warm up as the practice range and greens are located at the old # 1 now # 10 hole. Would be nice to atleast have a putting green up by the starting hole. The refreshment bar is located at a crossing of holes 3, 14, and 18. So after you play # 3 it is 11 holes till you see a bottle of gatorade, hot dog, or even a beer. This one is actually easily fixed. There is the old starters hut on Number 10, which could easily be outfitted with a refreshment shack. Overall I really enjoy this course and have play it atleast once a week for the last 13 years, my only issue is it is less public friendly and more member oriented. I play once a week maybe twice, and I sometimes feel like a bother to some of the cluhouse staff to look after you while they fall all over each other for members. I would love to be a member but family and work are priority right now.
