Orange County National Golf Center & Lodge

This facility opened in 1997 with 45 holes designed by Phil Ritson, Dave Harman, and Isao Aoki. The Panther Lake and Crooked Cat eighteens regularly host the PGA Tour's Q-School, hence the names of the black tees on both courses. Be advised that the course has been re-seeding their greens with Champion bermuda nine holes at a time, so in playing this course, you may have to play nine of one and nine of another, for which we provide individual nine-hole cards.

A separate nine-hole "Tooth" course is available for players seeking an executive-length layout. A well-equipped practice range, putting green, practice bunker, and teaching facilities are also available.

Rates shown below are peak-season rates for the Panther Lake eighteen; most other rates start at around $50, while twilight discounts are available.

Played the Panther in Mid April. The course was in great shape. Would go back the next time I am there.

Played in Feb 2012. Played both courses and greens on both were really good. The Panther has a new grass--think it was called Championship--and it was really great-very smooth and rolled true! I will definitely play it again when I am in the area.

I have now played here on three (3) diferent occassions. A do not miss if playing golf in the Orlando area. The entire facility is top notch to include the staff and the practice facility.The courses are always in pristine condition. Q shool is played there every other year. If you think you hit it long try the Q school tees. Humility is a wonderful thing.

One of Central Floridas finest courses. Pace of play was 5.5 hrs for 18 hole. Course was amazing and the staff was top notch.

I will not visit the area again without making a stop there. People were fantastic, course was awesome and they had the Q-school tees open and the practice facility is out of this world.
