Las Posas Country Club, a private 18-hole golf course, designed by Lawrence Hughes opened in 1958. The golf course lies near the Las Posas Valley, a green belt of avocado and lemon trees. On a clear day, the Topa Topa Mountains are visible in the distance. The tees and bunkers on the front nine were renovated in 2008 and the back nine in 2010 by renowned Golf Course Architect, Cary Bickler, who apprenticed under Lawrence Hughes.

Players never seem to tire of the course as they face new challenges each round. Las Posas is a shorter course at 6377 yards from the back tees, compared to today’s standards, but has the defense of narrow tree-lined fairways and quick sloping greens.
