My Gimme stays in PC connection mode (USB connector visual on screen) and does not respond to "power off" or any other button. Is there any way I can reset it? Holding the power button for 10 seconds does not help to reset, as it does in some other equipment. The pc and the laptop tell me they are unable to connect due to a fault.

Hi Bunts1972,

Thank you for posting. To reset it, hold the power button and down arrow at the same time until it powers off.

Hello, I just renewed my sky caddie gimme and during sync the battery bar froze on the screen and holding the power button and down arrow did not power the unit off. Any other advise?
