When I turn on my AIREII, the menu screen comes up first with the PLAY GOLF option highlighted. From that point on, nothing happens and the screen appears to be frozen. I have had two chats with your support team and have reset the unit
by pressing all four buttons at the same time. Still, the unit is the same as before. I have been able to use the unit for one round before this problem occurred. What is my next course of action? Nick Dragisich

Hi, thank you for choosing SkyGolf.

When you power on your AIREII device, a swift tap of the top left key will select the PLAY option.
Pressing and holding the top left key will only access the menu.
