I played with Arccos for a few years. It is such a pain to look at my club distances with my Link GT and have punch shots or under tree shots that show up as 100 yards with a 4iron or such and throw off the averages. Can you not find a way to eliminated those shots automatically, or ignore anything outside a certain yardage from the club. Cant believe there has not been a way to set sand wedge and chip shots around the green to not be in full swings averages also. Since 60% of the game is inside 100 yards. Seems like I'm losing a lot of stats inside 100 yards. Just seems like there has not been any updates

wmbyrd47,

We have a method to eliminate any unwanted shots so that they don't affect your club distances. The Divot tool that was packaged with your Linx GT is used to delete any unwanted shots such as Chip shots, sand wedges, etc,. The Divot tool is to be scanned after the unwanted swing and will erase the swing from the club distance average.

Using the divot tool is all well and good but it's kind of a pain to get out of your pocket every time you chip around the green or hit a partial shot. Would be nice to hit a button on the watch instead. Doesn't help finding how many chips I hit when 60% of the game is inside 100 yards.
