SW2 watch sync

My Sw2 watch will not sync using bluetooth on phone. Says it can't find a connected device. It used to find the device and sync. Then it would find the device but not sync. Now can't find device at all. Tried turning phone off and back on with no results. Is there a solution for this. It will sync when plugged into my laptop.

JimmyJ1953,

The first thing I would suggest is to "unpair" the device under your Bluetooth settings. Once its unpaired, re-pair the watch with your smartphone. After it has been paired again, try to sync the device once more.

Now it will not pair. Cannot find bluetooth device. Yes bluetooth is on.
What now.
