Equipment  NMDC says:Clarence, you make a good point. My problem comes not from the distance I am from the green, but my aim. I can reach all of the greens distance wise but my accuracy is still not there. Unfortunately it's not changing much with my shorter clubs. Actually some of my more accurate clubs are my 4 & 5 iron. I've been playing from the longer tees to hopefully set up more of 4 & 5 iron shots. However I've been hitting my drives pretty well so I'm leaving a 7/8 iron in and I'm not able to hit them straight enough. I will however play the next couple of times out from the shorter tees because maybe it's become a mental thing? I'm not sure but there is only one way to find out. Thanks for the input and recommendation. Don't worry the only thing that offends me are the numbers i'm putting up right now. hahaha Thanks again, Nick 3/6/11

For you practice rounds, you may want to consider playing from the forward tees so that you can get more practice with your approach shots and make more birdies.
