A good base in golf is usually thought of as a good "setup." This could include lots of things but let's focus on the true foundation on which you swing — your posture, balance and stance.

When we talk about a good base in golf then we thought that it can be a good "setup." This could add a lot of things but here we will stick to the exact base that depends on your posture, balance and stance. It is very important that you have control over all these things.
