According to me if the course is soaked, balls will regularly attachment or gather a lot of mud, which can destroy shots and make unthinkable falsehoods. In this manner, winter rules make the course playable when conditions would some way or another make it unplayable. I have a edubirdie blog which have good and informative posts especially for the students.
