Brandt Snedeker's rock 'n roll
By Torleif Sorenson on 3/20/15
This is one of the most amazing strokes of luck we have seen at Bay Hill. It happened to Brandt Snedeker during Thursday's opening round of the 2015 Arnold Palmer Invitational.
Too bad that Snedeker missed the six-foot birdie putt and had to settle for par...

I have tried that shot many times in the past but never quite figured out how to pull it off like Brandt Snedeker did. Maybe if I narrowed my stance a bit ...
It's better to be lucky than good.
I've 1-bounced off the rocks to the green before but never 2 bounces.
Better story is I had a ball hit a retaining wall like that one and get perfectly wedged between 2 rocks. Took a long time to find but we were puzzled as we didn't see a splash, ball wasn't on the dry side, and didn't think it was possible to be "in" the rocks but it was.

GBOGEY: I wish you had had a camera with you on the course that day. Talk about an unplayable lie!
I three bounced to the green on 18 on Capitol Hill Judge.
I've skimmed the ball over the water 5 skips over the 5 foot steel retaining wall on to the green foot from hole. Tap in for birdie. @ orange lake Orlando before cameras had phones.
