My SG5 Is Not Syncing with MAC OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard)
Some versions of the MAC 10.6 OS X are running on a 32-bit format. These versions sometimes cause issues when attempting to sync the SG5 SkyCaddie. You can check your MAC to find out if it is the 32-bit version by following theses instructions:
1. Click on the Apple in the upper left corner of your MAC.
2. Select “About This MAC”.
3. Find the “Processor” version. If the version is “Intel Core Solo” or “Intel Core Duo”, it is 32-bit. CLICK HERE or copy and paste this link (http://www.silabs.com/products/mcu/pages/usbtouartbridgevcpdrivers.aspx) into your browser and scroll down and download the MAC version of the Silicon Labs Driver in order to sync the SG5 properly.
