Please follow the steps below to sync your SkyCaddie:
1. Ensure your SkyCaddie is turn on and connected to the computer using the USB cable provided by SkyGolf. Your SkyCaddie should be in Sync mode. ("Click on Direct Connect", "Sync Ready", "Ready to Sync", etc) If you are still unable to sync, refer to #2.
2. Reconnect the USB cable into a different USB port on your computer. If you are still unable to sync, refer to #3.
3. Uninstall and reinstall CaddieSync Express. From the "Control Panel" on your computer, find "Programs". Find "Caddiesync Express" from the program list and select "Uninstall" or "Remove".
