This 18-hole course is owned by the City of Ventura and operated by Kemper Sports Management. Four sets of tees stretch this Forrest Richardson design from 5,348 to 6,818 yards. The prevailing coastal breezes reportedly keep Ventura relatively cool during the summer, but warm during the winter months.

Standard non-resident walking rates are $49 weekdays and $64 weekends. Residents of the City of Ventura and of Ventura County receive discounts, while twilight, sunset, and junior discounts are also available.

I really liked this course. The setup is perfect for a windy course. great thought and execution in the design of the course. Very pretty and very playable. Playing into the wind ? keep it low!

The wind makes it a little tricky for club selection. sometimes it's a 2 club difference.

One of the best GC's in Ventura County. Rated Best new course in Nation in 2009 or around that time. A thinking man's course and very well maintained. My favorite course to play.
