This course is out away from Houston congestion but it is surprisingly busy. Currently, they are upgrading their sand traps with a new draining system and a light powdery sand. Also, they are fertilizing and aerating but it wasn't extreme and did not affect my sinuses or putts. I shot under my handicap!
The course layout is excellent. I look forward to playing this course again.

Eagle Point is a really nice golf coarse and gives the average golfer a challenge. Cannot use driver on alot of hole because you will drive through some of the fairways due to dog legs.

The course always seems to be in excellent condition with the lack of rains we have had in the area last year.
