As a senior this little course is ideal for my home club. Small but challenging, and kept quite nicely. As of 2017 there is a chance that they might be closing to make room for a city center of some kind. I hope this does not happen as this course is quite ideal for seniors.

Los Lagos is a decent little course with 9 par 3's and 5 par 5's. There aren't many mature trees out here so trees don't really come into play. Also, because there are no trees, there isn't much shade. There are plenty of interesting holes. The greens are undulating and the course defends itself through tough pin positions. The course is quite walkable, but no shade may bum you out on hot days.

I have been wanting to play this course for some time now.. and I took the day off as it was my birthday and played it.. I was not disappointed in any way. the price was great and the course was in great condition even though we had temps in the high 90s all week long. one tip for playing here. GET A CART.. I was going to walk and the staff said you might want to ride, as theres a long area you have to go across to twice in the round. they were right, its a loooong walk across the creek to the other holes and a person can't keep up against a person in a cart. while this is a par 68, it has 5 par 5's and 9 par 3's which allows you to make up strokes easily. I loved this course as it allows and reward's for long shots as well as the par 3 which were very interesting too and will give up birdies also... it is well worth the money and will be one of my favorites.. Los Lagos, meaning the lakes, and it has the lakes but is fair and isn't that bad... it also has a driving range too as well as some of the best prices on shoes I have ever seen.. so if your in the area check this course out, I think you to will love it and not be disappointed. if you play its sister course rancho del pueblo and show the receipt you get a discount.
