dont waste your money on this goat farm. the greens are by far the worst ones i have ever played on. the Pennsylvania turnpike is a smoother putting surface.
the fairways are a bit tight but challenging. bunkers had good sand in them. some of the trees and vegetation could use some pruning. the greens alone are the reason i will never play this course again.

If I was living in So. Fla. I would play this course at least three times a month. I love this course.

Enjoyed playing this course. In spite of using a cart, there is a lot of walking to tee and to green but it is worth the walk for what it helps in course conditions. Also has a nice little lunchroom in the pro shop with good sandwiches.

this course has had it problems especialy with fairway and green conditions, however over the past few months the course manager has really done a great job by bringing back the true conditions this course should be. Typicaly the greens were burnt and fairways were dry and hard and the bunkers were like cement with lots of rocks, but now the greens are green and trimmed nice, they run fast and true, the fairways are softer and fuller, the bunkers are softer but still find rocks. Overall crystal lake is turning into a great home course to play and especialy for the value. Hopefuly they will keep improving and keep the excellent standards the owners have set. I highly recommend everyone to try Crystal lake and beat my record of 79.
