A relatively short but tight layout. In October, when I played, it was wide open on a Monday afternoon. Greens were fine. Bunkers need a bit of work but are okay. Tees are a bit uneven.
The course has a number of doglegs and cross hazards that add some length.

lots of water. It's better to club short than to hit the back of the green and loose your ball to the water. The place was well kept and people friendly.
