This is a great course for what it is. As with all Lindsey courses, it is well manicured and the greens are in great shape. The course plays much harder than it looks. There is water in play on EVERY HOLE. There is not a single hole that does not have water...period. The only problem with this course is the amount of "Good Ol Boy" golfers that you have to worry about. Now I am not knocking the bad golfers because I am one of them. I suck playing here, but there are MANY that play here that DO NOT KNOW golf etiquette and so it makes it a little stressful. It is not that they are dumb, they just do not know. As a member of Hardscrabble Country Club in Fort Smith, this was a HUGE culture shock for me. For the money a great course. The manager Jeremy is VERY accomodating and helpful. This is an apartment community course though so as always be prepared for that. I would suggest you bring plenty of balls and be ready to lose some....IT HAPPENS on this course and you will not avoid it. Have fun and play the course how it should be played.

First time to play the course. It was nice place ,but for a private course I expected better. I did enjoy the layout and it made you think twice about trying to boom every tee shot.
