Nicely maintained, but a very tricky (not in a good way) course. Some pin positions didn't make any sense. Blind tee shots and shots to the green made the course more frustrating and stressful than enjoyable.

Some home owners on course should not live on a golf course if they don' t like golf balls in there yard.

Carts only. The pace was very slow on a Sunday. It took over 5 hours to complete our round. Except for the first hole, there was at least one group waiting to tee off on each hole.

Pace of play was extremely slow. Marshal didn't seem to interested in keeping people moving. Very few holes had any character, just a blah course. They don't allow you to walk the course but have no problems allowing 6 people golf in a group.
