This course is owned and operated by the City of Westworth Village, so it is open to the public. Architect John Colligan oversaw a major redesign of this course, which debuted in 2003 just west of Fort Worth. Several holes on the second nine were re-numbered in 2012.

The standard walking rates here are $30 weekdays and $40 weekends (carts are $10). Senior, junior, 9-hole, and twilight specials are offered, as are memberships.

I found the course to be extremely fair, in good condition and well worth the 2-1/2 hr drive to play it. I had heard a lot about the course and it did not disappoint me. The driver is not always the smartest club to hit, so course management is paramount. Overall a good, fair test. No grumbling here!
