While the club was founded in 1880, the course as it exists today is the result of a major redesign by the notable architect Harry S. Colt in 1937. Visitors are welcome; rates vary by season and are posted on the club's web site. Junior, county card-holder, twilight, and guest-of-member rates are offered.

A course in very good condition with fantastic views. No bad holes but only two Par 5s and 3 Par 3s so a little same'e with 13 Par 4s.
