An okay course for the price. Cart barn recently burnt down so now they use gas carts. Greens are starting to deteriorate. Fairways are dried grass and dirt. Poorly maintained. They are however working on their drainage problems. Don't take anybody that just wants to ride with you, they will charge you an extra $10 just for somebody to sit on a cart that is already gonna be going around the course. <--- Yes, I'm a little bitter about that.

Not a bad track. Some of the greens were rough, but that's pretty normal for the Pinehurst area this time of year. Consider it a good practice course before taking on some of the others around here.

First off I paid the $100 to be a member because the price went up to $25 weekday and $30 F,S,S. So it is just $15 anytime. This is not a $30 course, even though they are doing alot of work to it. It is one of the cheapest courses around to get in a practice round.

The Bluff is a working mans course. No frills, just basic golf. Wide open fairways and nice size greens make this a very playable course. It is now operated by The Maples Group who also have The Pit and Longleaf in the Sandhills area. With time and putting some money and effort into this course it will be a better facility
