ok course......plenty of fairway if you can make it past the 20 ft gap of trees 20 yards from the tee.....fairways and greens in rough shape....back nine has a couple holes with a good view of the bay

themarsh flies will carry you away and once around you do not leave you alone until u kill them and then there are plenty more. early in morning seems to be the worst
