For the money it is a great place to practice your short game and go for a nice walk. Forget trying to putt.

Great deal for the money, only $14 any day any time (18 holes walking).
Good slope on greens. Some challenging holes. Not so great maintenance.
You won't find a better par 60 executive course for the money in the area.
