Golf Resort Františkovy Lázně opened in 2002 in Hazlov, near Františkovy Lázně, a notable spa town just east of the German border. The German club known as Golfclub Bad Elster - Bad Brambach is resident here.

Visitors are welcome at CZK 1,200 on Mondays through Thursdays, then CZK 1,400 on Fridays, weekends and holidays. Various discounts are available for juniors, students, senior, and groups. Fees can also be paid in €, $, and £ according to the daily exchange rate.
