Opened in 1933, Pype Hayes is owned by the City of Birmingham and currently operated by MyTime Golf. It is generally regarded as one of the more popular courses in Greater Birmingham, in part because there are no water hazards, save for a culvert along 13, and the course is flat and walkable.

The standard adult walking rates are £15 weekdays and £17 weekends.

Get what you pay for, good council course, good greens, untidy tees. There is a 9 hole discount despite what it says above, avoid Fridays when the Jag plant kicks out. Easy course I thought possibly cause I avoided trouble off the tee, but par 4s are all short really
