This 27-hole facility is located south of Larvik at the mouth of the Oslo fjord, and is regarded by some as one of the best in Norway. The Seaside 18 is augmented by a 9-hole short course and a teaching academy. Swedish architect Jan Sederholm designed this course over the former Fritzøe Gård ("Fritzøe Farm") with large bunkers and a somewhat unusual combination of six par-5s, six par-4s, and six par-3s. The first nine debuted in 1993, while the second nine was completed one year later. The course is good enough and challenging enough to have hosted the Ladies European Tour (in 2009) and the men's European Challenge Tour (in 2006).

The standard weekday fee is NOK 390, while the fee on weekends, holidays, and all of July is NOK 530. Junior, 9-hole, and guest-of-member rates are lower.
