Long par three holes, shorter par four holes and no par five holes. Many of the greens are small in proportion to most courses.

Emphasis on straight drives and accurate approach shots due to the dimensions of the course.

Course does not appear to have the upkeep that it should. Greens are in fair shape, the fairways (around the greens in particular) are in need of better care and the tee boxes are mostly slightly elevated and in good shape.
