The main 18-hole course dates to the 1920s, when a woman named Margaret Carswell leased this land and designed this course, which underwent a renovation from 2006 to 2009 in which seven of the original holes were replaced with new ones.

The 9-hole Templar course is augmented by a 350-yard practice range and three different putting greens.
