This is the former Galveston Municipal GC with a completely new design that opened in June of 2008. One interesting facet of the rebuild is the use throughout the course of paspalum, a salt-resistant grass that replaced the old Bermuda turf.

Picked up a round at Golf Now - well worth the price and drive into Galveston.

Good condition, greens are true. Flat course so fully exposed to wind.
