Golf has been played here at least since 1887, when it opened with nine holes. (The second nine debuted during the 1980s.) Of note is the 14th hole including a large stone named The Groaner, which references the military defeat of the Earl of Buchan on this site during the early 1300s.

Visitors are welcome at £30 on weekdays, £35 on weekends (carts are £20). Junior rates are 50% off.
