This seaside links course is advertised as the northernmost 18-hole course on the British mainland, located just off the A836, some distance west of the town of Thurso. While many of the course's features are natural, five-time Open champion and prolific architect James Braid oversaw a few design changes in 1933.

Visitors are welcome at £25/day during the summer and £10/day during the winter — a rather easy price for such a highly-regarded seaside links.
