This 18-hole course is owned and operated by the County of Spokane. Robert E. Baldock and Robert L. Baldock did the original course design back in 1969, while second-generation architect Rick Phelps oversaw a redesign in 2009.

Best greens in Spokane. Great conditions and lots of fun to play. Pace of play (4 hours 50 minutes) on a Friday was awful.
