Pace of play was great as there was only one other twosome on the course and they were friendly enough to let me play through on the second hole.
Course maintenance is the bare minimum. Sand traps don't have any sand left in them. They're just packed dirt and weeds. Greens are fair at best.
Pro Shop has been closed down and check-in is now handled by the bartender.

As this course ages it falls increasing into disrepair. Think of it not as a golf course, but as a banquet center that has golf. The focus is not on golf but on outings, which seems to be their primary business these days after all the housing lots were sold. Designed for people who play golf a few times a year and don't really know anything about golf.
Course is among a housing development, OB is everywhere.
No bev cart service, and no water stations. Bring your own or load up before heading out.
Not much for practice facilities, no range, just a putting green.
No real elevation changes, course is boring.
Pro shop is more about selling golf shirts, very little golf supplies, and very little selection at that.
Golfnow.com will save you a few bucks over the walk up rate.
Now for the good news, for a late AM
Sunday, $36 online, last minute booking.
Pace of play was great due to the fact hardly anyone else.
With that being said, A round of golf for $35 on a Sunday in well under 4 hrs, some of the short comings can be overlooked.
As a further note, no one has bothered to review this in the last 3 yrs.
If you want a good course, go somewhere else.

I really enjoy playing here. Course was in OK shape considering I played on March 11, 2012 in the Midwest. Homes do encroach on to the golf course. You can definitely hit one of them with a wayward drive on many holes. Lots off water here so bring at least your "B" game.
