This course is in wonderful condition. Even with the lack of rain we have had this season, the maintenance staff has done a very good job keeping the turf areas healthy and in the course in immaculate shape. There were a couple of low areas that were a bit wet from recent watering, but nothing that hinders the playability of this course.
I will warn you, however, you must bring your A game here, particularly if want to play from the back. For higher handicappers, the forward tees make this course playable and enjoyable. There are a few semi-blind shots, but the majority of the course is right in front of you. Careful shot selection and course management are at a premium here, as there are lots of trouble areas to avoid. Greens are multi-tiered and undulating, but all of them rolled very true and at a speed that is reasonable for all levels of players.
All in all, this is a wonderfully designed course that is kept in near-perfect condition. We played on a Friday morning for $50.00 (with the TeeTimeGolfPass), which is certainly a great deal. Even the $75.00 regular rate is a pretty fair value considering the other options in the region.

Just like any other public course, but this ill managed, poorly taken care of, isn't worth $40 discounted greens fee I get for being an asso. member. It's one missed mowing away from being a high priced dirt track.

I have been waiting to play this course since it opened but have always found it to pricey when I lived in the area. However I was able to get out in May and I was not impressed.
Maybe it was just a bad week for the course but every green looked burnt and the fairways were like hitting off of cement. Now whether this was due to weather or a lack of maintenance who knows but for a course in this price range I would expect a significantly better maintenance. (From what I was told management/ownership has changed several times)
Outside of the course conditions the layout is very nice with only a few poor choices along the way. Most notably was 15 I believe where there is a gigiantic hill in the middle of the green. Can someone say GIMMICK!!!
If I had the choice again I would probably just skip golf that weekend and go play Bulle Rock for the $150 instead.
