Locals describe this as a well-conditioned course, and while the "signature hole" is at 7, with the green shaped as the state of Minnesota, a few other distinctive greens include 8 (shaped like Oklahoma) and 17 (shaped like Texas). AGC hosts the annual (since 1922) Resorters tournament in late July/ early August. Also, it is the course on which PGA Tour star Tom Lehman learned to play.
