Maple Downs is consistently ranked in the Score Golf Top 100 Courses in Canada. William Mitchell designed and constructed a challenging 18 holes through the rolling hills of what is today known as the Oak Ridges Moraine. Over the years, and with the help of architects Doug Carrick and Graham Cooke, the course was updated with small projects. In 2014, the Club underwent a major 18 hole golf course renovation. Renowned architect, Ian Andrew redesigned all 18 green complexes, modified bunker design and placement, updated the practice facilities and positioned the property well into the future.
