This circa-1926 course was built by the Canadian Pacific Railway, but is now owned and operated by the City of Vancouver Board of Parks & Recreation. Canadian-born architect Thomas McBroom oversaw a modern renovation that preserves the mature trees, but features rebuilt greens and bunkers.

Practice facilities include a warm-up net and large putting green as well as a short-game area in a beautiful setting among mature trees.

In 2004, all three of the City of Vancouver's public courses received designation as Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuaries.

I was impressed. This is a Vancouver city course that is maintained by the parks extremely well. The greens are immaculate. You forget you are playing in the heart of the city.
