Designed by Munich-based Vice Sporting Goods GmbH, the Tour is a three-piece, 318-dimple ball with a neon-yellow urethane cover for better tracking in-flight. Designed for golfers with moderate-to-high swing speeds, the Pro Neon is intended for golfers playing the Titleist Pro V1, the Nike 20XiS, and the Srixon Z-Star.

An extra-long "Keep In Line" marker saves golfers the trouble of marking a putting alignment line in ink before playing the ball.
