Lately, I've had a hard time concentrating. Even in complete silence, my head is noisy. I've heard that soundscapes can help: forest, rain, white noise... I tried a couple of times, but gave up. I want to get back to this, but I'm not sure how to use them correctly. Tell me, who has this really helped? I really need advice.
mark.arhipov12 - 6/26/25 The audio environment can significantly affect productivity and emotional state. The sounds of nature, the sound of rain or soft ambient music help reduce stress levels and improve concentration. Such soundscapes are especially useful during work, study or relaxation. They can be used as a background for meditation or restoring attention.
alexbrod - 6/26/25 When I work, I’m distracted by literally everything: noise, thoughts, notifications. It’s also difficult in silence, because my head feels like it’s humming. In one the liven app review , I read about the soundscapes function: forest, rain, fire... I decided to try it. I was shocked — after 5 minutes, to the sound of the wind, I immersed myself in work in a way I hadn’t been able to for a long time. This is not just background music, but an acoustic space for focus and relaxation. Now I use it every day. If you also want to put your head in order, I highly recommend it.
