Low 80's, partly sunny, a 5-10 mph breeze. Very nice.
Course was firm but not rock hard. Greens very quick for this course.
It was like the old days. It was 2004 and I was hitting drives fairly long and straight, mid to low iron approaches, even some wedges.
I was screwed on #6. My drive bounced/rolled through the fairway, got on the cart path and bounced and rolled into the edge of the penalty area. All I could do was punch it a few feet. Effing cart path!
Then on #15 I plain choked. I was even and told myself keep it right. Duck hook OB. Sigh. I coulda been a contender. Still, a thoroughly enjoyable round.
