Cool day. A little breezy. Played with Keith. Started on 3rd hole. Felt pretty good. Clicked off 6 pars in a row after starting bogey bogey. Missed two very make-able birdie putts in that run. Inguinal ligament issue was really started to act up on the back 9 and by the 15th or 16th, pain was affecting my swing. Game went downhill fast. Was just trying to make it to the 18th to get the round over, but realized we still had to play 1st and 2nd. Very uncomfortable on those holes. Terribly fat 7i off 16th tee highlighted how far off I was getting from the discomfort. Then pull-popped drive on 17 after great drive all day. Still parred to hole with some help from a completely water-filled fairway bunker in which I took free relief from in the rough behind it, (like it or not you rules nazis).
Overall, the round was going well until the discomfort in my lower gut took over. It was the first time since the issue started that I played 2 days in a row. Maybe a little rest will help, though I really want to get out there again this week.
