Low 50s, partly cloudy. Played with Keith again. 2nd day in a row. Hit the ball a little better today, but still could not score well. Couldn't catch a break. Had some terrible lies on the surrounding deep rough just above the face of a bunker. Had to stand in bunker with ball at belt, or higher, level. Twice on 14 and another on 17. Results were not good. Also had a couple 3-putts. 4 sand shots. Just a bunch of tough breaks. Didn't play that poorly. Only really bad shot was a thinned 6i, into the hazard, after a good 5W off the tee. Then after penalty drop, hit a fat 56* short of green. Most of my problems were directly related to not hitting fairways again. Have to figure out what happened to my driver swing. No distance or consistency most of Oct. Confident all the other issues will go away once I'm back in the fairway all the time. In the meantime, my handicap continues to rise.
